Ghina Itani is a Southern California–based designer, licensedcontractor, and real estate advisor whose work lives at theintersection of architecture, investment, and elevated living.

As the founder of Itani Design Concepts, she has spent morethan two decades leading award-winning design andconstruction projects across healthcare, commercial, andresidential sectors. Her work in perfecting the healingenvironment has been recognized with multiple industryawards, and she has been invited to speak at national designconferences — trusted for her insight into how thoughtfulenvironments influence human experience and long-termvalue.
